Going from FCP 5 to FCP 6
Hello,
I looked back over the last week and did not see this question, so I apologize if it’s a repeat, but are there issues switching a project started on FCP 5 to FCP 6? If we move the project into FCP 6 and want to go back to FCP 5, can we? It’s an hour-long documentary that we’ll be editing.

Not really you would have to export an XML and then open than in the older version, because a FCP 6 file will not open in FCP 5. It is best to stick with one version of FCP for a project.
And yes this has been covered many times, try a search of the archives rather then just looking at the past week.
