  Glowing Vertices

  Hello!
  Hope you can help: I want to make a stroked path with glowing vertices (imagine a zodiac sign in space, with the stars connected by thin lines, moving around). I can keyframe the vertices themselves and stroke the path between them, but I can’t make the vertex points themselves glow like stars, any advice?
