Is there a glow filter in FCP5 or do I have to create this effect some other way??

Third Party Plugins.
Joe’s Filters – Chroma Glow – don’t know the costs but there is a demo.
http://www.nattress.com has a glow plus TONS of others (for $99)
CHV plugins have a glow.Look in the donwload section of kenstone.com.
