Glossy Filter?
I printed chroma green onto a real 3X5 photo and keyed images onto it but I need to make it look more realistic. Is there a way I can put on some sort of “glossy” matte or filter I can put over it to make it look more like a real photo?

Position a real photo in front of you positioned the same way the photo is positioned in your video, with the same lighting.
Ignore the content of the photo and examine the glossy highlights. Look at their shape and opacity.
Recreate the highlights as white shapes on a transparent background in Photoshop. Composite that over your footage, keyframing position/opacity as necessary.
