Globe on lower third
Is there any chance that I can get the same or similar rotating globe like this.
and see how the dots has outlined the countries, and its see through.

For this you can edit the Earth map in Photoshop. Rest is the same.Use CC sphere to make globe and then rotate it. For transparency, Bring the Opacity down.
You can give a Glow effect for the Shine.

GIMP is free and it even has a Photoshop interface mode.
