    Hello,
I’m rendering in 1920×1080 HD, upper field first using Global Illumination. And for some reason I keep getting display problems when the footage is interpreted to the correct field order in After Effects. However, if I interpret the footage using the opposite field order from what it was rendered at, the footage displays correctly. Also, if I render from C4 using NO FIELDS, then I have no interpretation problems in After Effects. Has anyone else experienced this, or have any suggestions? Any help is much appreciated.

I have never got fields to work right period. I alway render with out.
Not sure why you are having issues adding them though.

Thank you for the tip. I was able to get it to work by rendering out of C4 at 60 fps and then converting to 29.97 interlaced in After Effects. Do you know if Maxon has any plans on fixing the fields bug using Global Illumination?
