Glitchy/Stuttering after rendering

So, for anyone encountering the same issue… After 4-5 successful uploads without any issues, i think i am sure to say i’ve fixed it.
What i did was starting to convert the footage into constant framerate @660fps via Handbrake. The reason for this is that sometimes the footage would show 59,xFPS or 61FPS, something along those lines – instead of the 60fps it should show.
An additional step i am taking now, is to work in a 1600×900 sequence with the 900p material and rescaling by setting the output to 1080p opposed to working in a 1080p sequence and rescaling the source material via “Set to frame size”. Not only does this apparently fix my issues but it’s also easier for my workflow, since clips are now 100% and not 120% due to the mentioned “set to frame size” option.

So, i am unsure of which step fixed my issues (although i’m almost sure it’s the conversion), but it’s fixed and i hope this can help someone out there.
