Glitchy DV clip playback
Anyone encounter this problem? It only happen after my upgrade to FCP5 and OSX 10.4.5
DV PAL codec clip previous captured a few months back now plays back with glitch at the exact same frame.
The glitch is black and white visual, jumpy frame with black bars. The curious thing is it only happens on 1 part of the clip, not all the way through.
And the glitch does not show up on the FCP Viewer or Canvas, or Quicktime playback on the desktop.My system: OSX 10.4.5, Dual 1Ghz G4, 2Gig RAM, Decklink SP, Driver ver. 5.4.2.
I monitor video through the SDI output through a Aja SDi-Composite converter. I have tried swoppind the Aja converters. No help.
I have played the clip on a FCP4.5 with Decklink Extreme system, looks fine on th e broadcast monitor.Any ideas what might be wrong?

Hi,
Can you place the Final Cut Pro Broadcast Safe Filter onto your timeline and see if it still happens. The filter is real time and should not require rendering.
