Glitching Footage in Playback & Outputs, Premiere Pro CS6

I’m sure I’m not the only one, but I’m getting large amounts of glitching both in the playback window, and in rendered, exported footage, that doesn’t appear on the original footage.
Source footage is from a Sony EX3, which is shooting at 1080 / 25p, and providing MP4 files, recorded onto a Sony SxS card.
Footage is ingested via SxS card directly into an edit suite. Once stored on a hard drive, playback does not show any glitches.
After importing to CS6 playback shows random glitches:
These are not cleared when the file is output / exported, regardless of what export settings / codecs are used.
Graphics card drivers, up to date. Didn’t ever have this issue with CS5.5
Any suggestions very welcome.

Make sure Premiere Pro CS6 is fully up-to-date. Version 6.0.3 fixes a number of issues – specifically “tearing in image when using XDCAM EX footage”
