July 7, 2012 at 3:39 pmHey,
I realise it’s just come out, but may as well flag up the issues early, right??
‘ve set up an object (which was a joy with the new interface!), gone back to my AE comp, set up a camera and told invig to use it.
When I drag the camera properties with no keyframes in place on the timeline, invigorator live-updates fine. But once I start key framing, its stops live updating, and glitches when doing a RAM preview. Flicking the quality from high to low and back doesn’t sort it, neither does switching off the disk cache or using different renderers.
Doesn’t seem to play nicely with multiprocessing either…
Love the new interface, though. Lovely stuff.

July 9, 2012 at 9:44 amAhh, is seems like an AE update has fixed this, as well as the camera issues in particular. Rock and roll.

July 9, 2012 at 6:37 pmHi Nico,
Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear that the After Effects update solved the issue you’re running into. We haven’t had the ram preview or Comp Camera issue you’re running into with our computers running After Effects CS6 Version 11.0.0.378.
Just out of curiosity, which version of After Effects were you running prior to the update?
Thanks for the information.
Best,
