Anyone out there making stickers for Instagram stories with giphy?

Trying to figure out the ideal workflow for getting quality transparent gifs and I can’t quite seem to get the image quality other users are achieving.

To start, my process is typically –
Adobe After Effects, Render to PNG Sequence with RGB + Alpha Channel, Import PNG Sequence to Photoshop, Save for Web & Devices with no matte and set forever loop.

My issue is im losing a lot of quality on the text even though the source quality seems fine. I understand there will be some compression, but is there a way to get better quality? Possibly a lower FPS? The goal is to be able to scale the sticker with minimal issues but as you can see below there is quite a bit of quality loss.

TLDR – Any tips for maintaining quality when making transparent GIFS for Giphy / Instagram Stories?
