Gigantic format question
I’ve got a MOV file from a client that’s 3240×3840 and the final deliverable needs to be in H264 format.
My Sorenson Squeeze “seems” like it’s doing the deed, but when I look at the result the image is squished and confined to 2048×2048.
My Fusion “seems” to be working, too, but chokes on every render attempt after seven frames.
Any ideas how to accomplish this?

The High Profile supports H.264 video produced at a maximum resolution of 4096 × 2048 pixels and a data rate of 720 Mbps. Few desktop computers could display a complete frame, much less play back that stream at 30 frames per second.
