I have a file that I have downloaded (ASF format) that was saved to a FTP site. the link was left open and “archiving” overnite. the file is 22 hrs long! If I bring it into Vegas 7 it crashes immediately. any suggestions to do a “pre-edit” to get rid of all the blank screen?

    any suggestions welcome.
