I am having trouble with ghost effect created by the premiere pro (2018). It is not in the original footage, but shows up in my timeline and export. It is on the shots with fast movement. You can see a snapshot of it here. The original footage on the left.

It is RED 4K footage. You will also find my sequence settings. No matter what sequence settings or codec I choose, the artifact is there. Any help is appreciated.

I’d go with what Dave said. Check your sequence frame rate to see if it matches your source material.
