Ok I am making something so simple and I just cant understand why its ghosting so much.

    I will explain very good.

I have a text on the second layer witch is black with a blue shadow. on the first layer above the text is a black solid that I have masked exactly half away. The end result is that after I keyframe. So when I start the prject the text will be hidden behind the black mask and then a couple frames later it will rise out of the mask presenting itself. I dont know if you understand this but its simple text behind the mask, text pops up to reveal itself. But the problem is that as its rises it ghosts looking horrible. I am making this for a boot animation for windows 7 so the project is 200×200 15fps and can only be 105 frames.that is how the boot animation works. it plays the whole 105 frames then loops from 60 to 105. I hope this is detailed enough please Im new to all this so explain to me I love learning! Thanks !

The first thing you can do is check your frame rates on the project settings and the render settings. Make sure they are both 15. Next, disable resample on all the events.
