Ghosting Problems
So I’m working on a project and I keep on coming across this problem. There’s a ghosting problem on the second clip. This is happening on multiple clips but it seems to be only on pans like so, almost exclusively involving trees. There are the occasional ghosting or even like jump cuts when a character turns really fast. Oddly enough, this only happens when I export to “match Source – High Bitrate”, not when i export to a youtube 720 (I was using to save export time as an example for full vid)
This projects initial videos’ FPS were all over the place, So I transcoded them to the same FPS.
This clip initially.
MPEG-4 (Base Media): 748 MiB, 50 s 160 ms
1 Video stream: AVC
Duration: 50 s 160 ms
Overall bit rate: 125 Mb/s
Writing application: Lavf58.20.100
Video: 125 Mb/s, 7680*4320 (16:9), 25 FPS, AVC (HIgh@L6) (CABAC / 1 Ref Frames) Autel.Video
Transcoded to:
MPEG-4 (Base Media): 619 MiB, 50 s 134 ms
1 Video stream: AVC
Duration: 50 s 134 ms
Overall bit rate: 104 Mb/s
Writing application: Lavf58.12.100
Video: 104 Mb/s, 7680*4320 (16:9), 23.967 FPS, AVC (HIgh@L6) (CABAC / 3 Ref Frames) Autel.Video
Sequence Settings:
FPS: 23.976, 7680 x 4320 (1.0), 48 Hz – Stereo
Exported to:
7680:4320 (1.0), 23.976 fps, Progressive, Software Encoding, VBR, 1 pass, Target 10.00 Mbps, Max 12.00 Mbps AAC, 320 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo.
Please help, I don’t know what’s happening, why it’s happening, how to avoid this in the future, how to fix it now.
Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.
Please let me know if you need more information.
