    So, here’s what I ended up going with. I’m still not totally happy with it, but it got the effect close enough… and I learned some new tools that I have to justify using in the future (using Mir and Shine and a few other stock effects).

    Great. the backdrop looks a bit sharp to my taste. looks too CGI I think. I would try a bit more shine or something to blur it out a bit. this is fun stuff you are doing, I had horror aspirations in the past. I even got into screamfest L.A film festival with a crappy 5 minute zombie move… but I have forsaken them… maybe on day I will get a chance to do something again with this genre… Goodluck!
