ghost dissolve effect
There is a ghost dissolve effect in the SyFy show Being Human and I am wondering if anyone on here knows how they do it and if it can be done with After Effects or if its with a more in depth program like Smoke or something. The effect I am talking about is at 2:10 of the clip in the link below. thanks for any help.

It looks like a combination of Transparency, Glow and a Particle system, Particular should work.
