    Hi all,

    I have been getting this yellow skin blotches ever since I bought the GH4. It’s a very nice camera, but I kept getting the yellow blotches on people. I would like to know what I did wrong or do you experience the same thing. Here is a sample of the yellow tone.

    Camera setting:
    cineD
    WB is 5800K
    Tv = 60

    Can you provide some example stills?

    Stills looks the same. As long as I don’t take photo/video of people, it performed great. I can get example of stills. Just curious what specific are you looking for?

    Here are 2 example stills. I reduced the resolution but you can still see the yellow.

    No, No, a still from the video with the issue. Export a frame from the video track.

    The first two examples are still captured from the video.

    Hmm- this is pretty subjective. To my eyes I see nothing really egregious or that couldn’t be fixed with some color correction. Skin tones look within what I’d consider normal, at least in the images you’ve attached. Maybe you could draw some arrows on these images to show the specific area that’s concerning you?

    I have heard of some folks saying the GH4 looks a bit more yellow cast than they’re used to so perhaps it’s just the sensor’s image that you’re not a fan of. Still I’d think with a good monitor you could easily create a preset that is more to how you’re like to see it.
