GH4 Workflow: 24p, h264, 4k
footage was shot in 24p, h264, 4k.
for FCP7, If I transcode the footage to 23.976 + ProresHQ would that cause the audio to drift? Is there a way to avoid the drift?
or should I just switch to FCPX/premiere and edit natively. will probably kill my computer….

And your computer is which model RAM and year? But yes, likely 4k will kill any older computers.
