    Getting wifi to work on an early 2009 Mac Pro

    I have an Early 2009 Mac Pro with an airport utility 6.3.6.

    I also have a new iMac that has the ethernet plugged directly into the computer. I have wifi that is to my phone and my ps3.

    How can I get that wifi working on my mac pro Early 2009?

    Is that all that you see under Wifi?

    There should be an Interface listed like this:

    I believe the actual AirPort card was optional on the 2009 Mac Pro. So you could add one if it doesn’t have one… but it mighty not have one if no Interface shows up under WiFi in your System Report.
