    Hi Guys,

I’m been having a little bit of trouble getting my Premiere system to playback in real time (if this is even possible). Now, I don’t really care about this issue since its rarely nessessary, but I need to video and audio to play back correctly to time subtitles.

I’m using an HP xw8200 workstation with a Blackmagic Decklink HD pro card, a xeon dual core 3.4 GHz and 2GB of RAM.

I’m using a custom sized video to time the subtitles – a 1280×1024 wmv file running at 24fps.

I don’t think the file size really matters since both blackmagic encoded 1080p video seems to have the same performance as SD D1 footage.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
