Getting my video under 25 mb!!!

Sorry I didn’t know what to include.

The file is 1 minute and 6 seconds long.
The resolution is 1920 x 1080.
Frame rate is 30 fps.
Target resolution would be youtube size so either 720 x 480 or 640 x 480 or whichever that is.
Target frame rate is to stay at 30.

yes I do know it is technically 29.97 I’m just used to saying 30 because people usually still know what I am referring to.

and THAT’S WHAT I’M SAYING!!! 25 MB is not enough with everything moving into the HD digital age!

For that picture size you can get very good quality while keeping the file size smaller than 25MB.
Try some 2.400Kbps data-rate, “Key Frames: AUTO”, Multipass.
