Getting HD720p24 16:9 to DVD while retaining 16:9
I did a music video in the 720p24 easy setup in FCP. We shot on HD and in 16:9. I’ve tried exporting the sequence as a quicktime movie, uncompressed and at various other standards and when I import to either IDVD or dvd studiopro Ilose the 16:9 framing. It gets compressed to 4:3. Can someone help me out to what the sequence, project and export settings should be to retain 16:9 when going to burn dvd? Also if someone could provide the best method of getting hd material on a normal dvd with the least compression or image loss.
