  • getting garbage out from a frame

    Hello.

I have an HD concert and i do need to take out from the frame few things.

Jpg shows a small example! The garbage from the top left side.

I wonder how can you do it in such a way as to preserve the quality! I know it will not be the same, but still can not be as horrible as i made it until now. I have tried so many things that i do no even know where to start anymore. I have no solutions anymore but i am sure there is one and a good one.

I admit i am new to this programme, learning it in the past few months, reading, watching tutorial, experimenting and still the result is horrible for me.

There are people there that are playing with this programme for years and well, i am tired and i do not get to any good result so i need a shortcut!

Can someone point out to me how should i approach this?

    Many thanks

    Best

    G

    Hi Georgiana,

I am not a afx genius or anything like that, but if it were me, I would duplicate the layer with the rubbish you wish to remove, create a mask on a clean section of sky, add a slight feather to the mask, motion track the garbage and place the masked sky over the top linking it to the tracking key frames.

job done! Someone please correct me if they feel I am wrong.

not sure how much movement you have in your shot(s) but shouldn’t be too difficult getting it to look good I think.

If your shot isn’t moving too much, the clone stamp would make quick work of this.

i think the best way to do is by croping it, it looks like its not very huge so you dont have to crop alot of the picture or you can use the mask tool and try to create a replacement patch for the problem.

    i hope that helps 🙂
