  Getting error message “0xc00d07e2 (message missing)” when trying to import certain WMV files (pro 13)

  I have been trying to import some WMV files but each time I try I get an error message saying that they can’t be imported. I don’t understand what the issue is, none of my recent WMV files will import but all my older ones will. Any help? Thanks
