    EQ can help a bit. This issue has been discussed often here and detailed ideas for setting EQ have been spelt out often. Please do a search of this forum for echo, hollow or reverb .

    Good to know, thanks Kent. De-convolution of reverb is still a dream concept but who knows when someone will crack that. A few years ago distortion was almost impossible to make a difference with but the new iZotope2 does an amazing job so I live in hope.
