generating peak files in cs5
I know this has been discussed ad nauseum on here, but can anyone tell me why my cs5 seems to generates peak files forever? I just opened an old cs4 project in cs5 and all clips and settings from the old remained intact, but it has been generating peak files for over 20 minutes? Does cs5 do this every time you open a project or is this related to upgrading? I also changed machines, but was sure to give my drives the same letters. Thanks.
