General Error problem whem working with H.264 mp4 files
I am working on editing a wedding video. Each time I try to place two video files in the same sequence I get a ‘General Error’ prompt. The only way I got around this is by placing each video file in its own sequence, but when I try to copy and paste any of the files from one sequence to a sequence that already contains a video in it, the ‘General Error’ pops again. I tried adding the video to a different track within the same sequence – same result.
All files were converted from MTS (Canon HD camcorder) to the following format (running time is different for each file but no more than 10 min. each):
