I’ve noticed this behavior quite a bit and am wondering if anyone has knowledge about this topic. I frequently encode for Vimeo using h.264 mp4 files. I set the target bit rate at 7.812Mbps, max at 7.812Mbps. After the transcode is completed and I look at the file in the inspector, it tells me that my total bit rate is 8,081. Is there a reason why AME will go over the Max Mbps that I specify in the settings?
