Genarts so rocks
A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned how Avid bent over backwards to help me out with a dongle replacement, even mildly breaking policy to do so. man, this goes a long way with me and today, Genarts stepped up and did the same.
I have not used Sapphires since that replacement till today and it didn’t dawn on me the serial would not jive.
A quick phone call to Laurie at genarts and I was up and rocking in less than 5 minutes.
While I know the world doesn’t revolve around me, when customers feel it did that day, they do return the favor.
