Garbage Mattes
Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is well. Im am working on a project, and I had to use a Garbage matte. When Im doing my Keyframing, everything seems fine, untill I come to the invert button, why is there nothing no options for this button, how do I get around this?

Are you saying the button does not WORK?
“Invert” is a very basic function.
It chooses to select either the area INSIDE the matte area… OR OUTSIDE the matte area.
That’s all its for.
But if the button simply doesn’t WORK, try trashing the FCP preferences.
