    I recall “another” video editing program that thought it was a mainstay in the market. Users are less and less tolerant of glaring shortcomings. We may think we have it better than we did “back in the day”, but people new to the industry don’t have that frame of reference.

    Good thing I have a Mac at home.

    Thanks Jon! Definitely seems to be the best way to handle mattes and feathering. The different ways one can compose a matte is pretty nice too!

    Adobe Certified Expert Bartlomiej Walczak has written a simple plug-in that perfectly does garbage mattes. It’s even free!
