  Gamma Shift after Tiger/FCP5 upgrade

  Hi –

  I have noticed that since I upgraded to Tiger, quicktimes I have previously rendered from AE in 10.3 now look much darker. If I rerender these files again they look fine. However anything previously rendered is no longer useable as the colours have all shifted pretty heavily. Has anybody else noticed this? I have also tried this on another G5 that doesn’t have any BM software installed, and the results are the same – ‘legacy’ render files are darker.

  any ideas?
