  G5/FCP Storage

  up until now, I have just edited and used the 2nd Sata drive as my storage area. I am undertaking a bigger project now and have a question on the storage requirements for this. I am using a G5 with FCS 2 installed. Working in SD via IO LA/LD for capture. Do I need to connect an external raid on this or can I still use the internal drive when working with 8/10 bit uncompressed. If I do need to go to an external raid, is there an easy way to do this? Thanks in advance
