G5 1.8ghz DP with Decklink extreme

Hi

I’m considering buying a used 1.8 GHz G5, 4 memory-slots, which means 33 MHz 64-bit PCI slots. Will a Decklink Extreme model from 2004, PCI version play in this machine ?? Or does I need a model with PCIx ???

Hi,

You definitely need a G5 with PCI-X slots as we do not support G5s with PCI slots.
