    Are you judging the quality on an external video monitor and not on the computer screen?

    You must only judge quality on an external video monitor.

    I have RT set to high, and am viewing through a high quality monitor, not the computer screen. Like I said, it looks sharp when it passes through the transition effect, but not on the regular footage.
