Fuzzy Titles they are very large
Hi,
My titles in FCP look pretty good except they are fuzzy. They seemed to look OK untill I made them bigger, and put them into the Boris Crawl (rolling) First I made them in The Boris Titler. They were sharp then, But after putting them into the crawl somehow they became fuzzy after enlarging them hmmmm. They look allright at 50%. Is there some way to save them at 50% (probably not!

Are you working in DV?
Have you rendered and are you watching in your canvas set to 100%?

Yes I created them in Boris Titler, then added the motion from Boris Crawl, roll. I did render them, they looked fuzzy after making them bigger . Also they have weird divets in some of the letters.I don’t know why or how to get rid of them. Also I can’t seem to find the way to just make outlines with no fill,colored beveled outlnes on the fonts in Boris Titler If I re do this.I would probably like to start over.
But I would also like to get what i already have looking good again. I read that it may be due to keying frames, when changing letters. I did change the size of some of the letters they are vertical titles.
My sequence preset is uncompressed 8-bit NTSC 48 kHz -
Describe how you are making the text bigger. If you’re enlarging the text in the motion tab of the viewer, your text will look jagged. You must select and resize the text within Boris to have it appear crisp.

I did enlarge it in Boris It looks fine until I render.
I used the animation codec to export.

Sorry but I’m a bit confused about your workflow.
Are you making your titles in Boris, exporting them as Animation and then back to your 8b Unc sequence?
