Futuristic Contrpl Panel Handling?

You’re not likely to find a specific tutorial for this because a) the result is rather specific and b) the methods used are very basic. This is just some basic vector graphics and text layers with a glow effect, partial transparency, and blending modes… and some motion tracking to match the movement of the UI to the movement of the person’s arm.

I think that once you become comfortable with the very absics of After Effects, you will have no difficulty creating something like this yourself.
