Just got into this footage into the edit to find that some of the shots have a series of faint orange lines that scroll downwards over the screen, It’s not that clear on the still below but when it’s moving it is much more obvious.

Has anyone seen this before and have a solution to save the footage?

    Thanks.

Probably occurred shooting under fluorescent lighting. The shutter speed or frame rate of the camera is out of sync with light power.

In countries that use PAL electricity is usually 50Hz and shutter speed should be 1/50th. In countries that use NTSC it is 60Hz and cameras should at 60fps or use a shutter speed of 1/60th.
