    Hello,
I am working with the Foam effects in AE 6.5 and I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the “particle emitter points” from the foam simulation. When I render out the foam as a movie file (with alphas) I keep seeing the the teeny-weeny particle-points before they become full bubbles, …and this is not what I want, I just want the bubbles – not the points.
Hmmm…. seems that as I’m writing this I’m realizing something I could do… I have an idea! Unless I’m mistaken, I could just increase the “Particle Growth” slider so that the bubbles are “instantly formed”, right?, that way the emitter points might not show up anymore…. I will try this, see if it works….
    ciao!

    Yes indeed….
So, to remove the funky particle-points all I did was crank the “Bubble Growth Speed” variable to “1” so that the bubbles are “instantly” formed instead of starting out at a 0.0 size … seems like they missed this helpful detail in the Total Training tutorial on Foam Effects.

    No, they don’t missed anything.
    Think it again.
What’s that? emmiter points? NO. There are bubbles growing!
So, YOU missed what you’re dealing, or simply can´t undestand how it works.
