Hi all, love some help with my new problem

in FCP 7 while trying to view full screen playback on my second LED cinema display… the image is black, unless I drag the canvas to that monitor then it plays full screen fine…

    I have all frames checked
video playback is set to Digital Cinema Desktop Preview Fullscreen
In my audio video settings Mirror on Desktop is checked

please any help would be great, I cannot keep dragging my canvas window to my other monitor just to see it fullscreen!

runnning a 2.66 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon
one monitor is plugged into the ATI Radeon HD 4870 card
and the other is plugged into the NvIDIA GeForce GT 120

Eron- System preferences>displays>arrangement> swap displays. Or FCP>view menu>cinema display>toggle between Main and other until you have it right.

sorry man that doesn’t do the trick… it goes full screen in main… but that’s not what we’re looking for cause it covers FCP… any other ideas?

I tried changing some settings, now it doesn’t show up at all. Going skiing, I’ll try later.

OK Had a great day on the slopes.
In FCP try View > External Video > All Frames
    Does that do it?

I’m having same problem. Should I get a hdmi to dvi turnaround and use my AJA breakout box output? Company bought me two 24″ LG monitors and do not intend to buy a separate hd monitor.
    Help please
