    lol, You just read the titles and make the video full screen for the part where he shows you his settings. IMHO, there is no need for this to be video at all. Just an image of the settings is all you really need.

    On Sony Vegas, go to FILE then PROPERTIES, change WIDTH to “640” and HEIGHT to “360” Click PAN/CROP on ALL clips, right click image and choose “MATCH OUTPUT ASPECT” When your ready to publish your movie, do an advanced render, click “CUSTOM” Change Rendering Quality to Best, click the VIDEO tab, go to “IMAGE SIZE” drop down, click “CUSTOM” and make sure the width is “640” and Height is “360” Then if you like, completely optional, move the quality bar upto 100%
