Full Screen Computer Monitor Freezes
Hi Folks,
I am currently editing a series and my Full Screen Computer Monitor keeps freezing and I have to re-start to get it back.
Just to understand the lay of my land:
I work a two computer monitor (no big TV client monitor) system. My bins and work space is in one monitor and I go “full screen playback” in the other monitor.My computer is a Mac Pro 8 core circa 2010.
Any ideas why it keeps freezing?
All ideas appreciated!

Which version of Avid? What OS are you running? Hmmm…also, what GPU? I know that the Avid doesn’t utilize the GPU, but it does control the signal going to the screens. Just start happening recently? Any changes to the system between the times it worked, and when it didn’t?
