FTP Client Recommendations?
Until recently, I’ve been using YouSendIt.com ( Free Version ) for sending video to clients for approval views. Lately I’ve acquired more clients who have archives of video & animation files of varying lengths. Many have these files linked to their own host servers and I need to establish an ftp client so I can download their files.
I’ve looked at some FTP stuff online and don’t really need anything extreme as I just want to download & send video files. So simplier and user-friendly is preferred. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Filezilla is what I use. You can also use windows explorer (a part of Windows).

I also recommend FileZilla:

It supports secure FTP protocols also, so if your clients ever require SFTP or FTP over SSL – you will have it.

Thanks for the recommendations. I did a search and came across Filezilla (which is a free download ) and I found WS_FTP 12 Home which has a 30 day trial. Downloaded them both. The WS_FTP has a more visually friendly GUI and simple to use. I looked at a YouTube on FileZilla How-To and that helped a lot. I tried them both and both worked well. So not sure if I’ll buy into WS_FTP after trial period…I’m going to compare their features and decide before then.
