[Dave Victorson] “Due to the fast moving hands and fingers in American Sign Language I need uncompressed video for the keying and want to work in as high a resolution as possible until the final render/export for web based viewing.”

Uncompressed is not going to do you much more than take up disk space.

I’d take one clip, and render both an uncompressed and a 444 ProRes version, and take it to wherever you’re going to do your keying and see which works best. You also have to edit this material, I take it, so ProRes 444 would allow both editing and composite on a relatively tame system. Uncompressed is going to eat up a lot more disk space and take more juice to composite.

I think Pr can handle the Raw files natively, so it may be your best option as you can basically plug in to Ae for the composite. https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/plad-rw1

The LUT can be added with the Raw material right in Pr.
