    Hi guys,

I conformed my AVCHD from an FS700 with EditReady and the software can’t read the Timecode. I know the camera kept the all the metadata because I did a test with ClipWrap and it could read the Timecode well. When I tried and put some F5 clips in EditReady, it could see the Timecode perfectly. I’m wondering, is there a known problem between the FS700 and EditReady? Am I having an issue with the software or should I set something differently on the camera?

I know that I could simply use ClipWrap, but the workflow at the production company where I work has implanted EditReady as the main media converter, I would then like to resolve this issue and keep working with EditReady.

    Thank you for your help!

We have a fix for this in testing right now. Expect to see it next week sometime. In the interim, please email us at support@divergentmedia.com and we can give you the beta of the upcoming fix to test.
