According to AJA support the Version 3 drivers for Io and LA will work with FCP 2.

Hi guys,

MechaGodzilla, you might already have done this, but have you checked the little box that says “show all” when in easy setup (or wherever) after your upgrade?

I, too, have an Io LA and have upgraded to FCS2 and did not have to re-install the drivers from my FCS1 original install. I’ve captured plenty from my analog UVW-1800 Beta-SP deck since upgrading, too.
