  From FCP…now PP – capture/preview with BMD?

  Hey there,

  as one of many I´m now checking out the capabilities of PP5.5. After a couple of hours it looks quite good in many places. Some others seem a little weird but I feel like the time when coming from Avid to FCP…

  So, one major thing is capture und preview. I didn´t manage it to capture material from the DigiBeta machine yet with the Decklink HD card. The machine is not recognized by PP. Any suggestions?
  And how reliable is capture and batch-capture with PP anyway? Has anyone experiences?

  Preview via Decklink is also not the easyiest thing as far as I´ve seen…one time I managed it for some reason but now the preview doesn´t work. Does it depend on the format of the timeline (which would be really a pain…)?
