I know you can import an After Effects Project into Premier Pro using Dynamic Link or without, if I then save the Premier Pro project as an xml file can I then import it into Final Cut Pro, making it a FCP project.? Thanks

No, that will not work. FCP does not understand what a .aep file is. You could render the After Effects comp, replace it’s usage in Premiere Pro and then export to FCP. That would be the only way I could think of it working.
